For airport pickup, the waiting time is based on the plane's landing time, with a maximum free waiting time of 90 minutes. Passengers are requested to clear customs as soon as possible. If you exceed the time due to personal reasons, an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged for every 30 minutes late, to be paid directly to the driver on-site. For hotel drop-off, please wait in the lobby on time, with a maximum free waiting time of 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late from the agreed time, an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged for every 10 minutes late, to be paid directly to the driver on-site. If you need to bring a stroller or wheelchair, please make sure to note it when booking and specify the size of the equipment. If a child seat is needed, please inform in advance. An additional 20,000 KRW is required, to be paid directly to the driver on-site. Please inform in advance of the number of people traveling together and the size and number of luggage items to arrange a suitable vehicle. If you have large pets, please consult customer service before placing the order. If you require a sign-holding service, you must note it in the remarks and pay 10,000 KRW to the driver on-site.

This itinerary is only for hotels in Busan city directly from Gimhae Airport, or directly from Busan Train Station to hotels within the city. If it is necessary to pass through another place in between, an additional 20,000 KRW is required for each stop, to be paid on site to the driver.
The night service is from 22:00 to 07:00, during which an additional night service fee applies, 20,000 KRW per hour, to be paid on site to the driver.
For charter services within Busan city, the service duration is 9 hours, with an additional 40,000 KRW for each extra hour, to be paid on site to the driver. For charter services outside Busan city, the service duration is 10 hours, with an additional 50,000 KRW for each extra hour, to be paid on site to the driver.
